Australian Deliveries
We offer Australia Wide delivery with a door to door courier service.
Bulk Orders
Our Website is designed around the processing & shipping of gift hampers to one address & is not suitable for the processing of orders to multiple addresses. For orders going to multiple addresses, please email it to us. Freight on bulk orders is calculated by our team members after an order has been placed.
Certain terms & conditions apply to bulk orders and they also require sufficient lead time.
Please note that during our peak season in December, delivery times my take longer than usual, so plan ahead.
Normal Delivery estimates (please allow longer at peak times):NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
All regional areas: add 1-2 business days to metro estimates
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). During the Christmas period, some orders may be delivered on the weekend.
Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
Please be careful when entering your details as mistakes can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Mykos Gifts are charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Mykos Gifts( Mykos The Gift Collection ) immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at orders@mykos.com.au
Any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
Mykos Gifts( Mykos The Gift Collection ) do not take responsibility if third parties (any of the courier companies used ) have mishandled hampers or broken items. This does not entitle you to a refund for your order. We (Mykos Gifts( Mykos The Gift Collection )) will not take any responsibility once item has been shipped with the courier companies and have left our premises. Circumstances beyond our control such as this, does not entitle you to a refund or a new or a replaced gift product or item or hamper or your any item on your paid order.
We do not offer insurance on hamper deliveries for standard orders, If you would like to include insurance on your order please contact us on orders@mykos.com.au There will be an additional fee.
Delivery is not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses

Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery – Sydney Metro ONLY
Available to selected Sydney metro postcodes for an additional $25
Only available to choose at checkout prior to 10am AEST on business days.
Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
Recipient MUST be home to sign for parcel. Couriers will NOT take parcel to closest Post Office or leave unattended on premises if no one is available to sign for delivery. This is to ensure that the parcel is safely received by the intended recipient (a re-delivery fee will apply if delivery needs to be re-attempted).
Delivery Information
We use reliable Freight and Postal companies who try their best to deliver within the time frames specified, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.
If your delivery is to a patient in hospital, please ensure the details are accurate and that they will be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly as incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.
